By accessing or using the website (located at www.sachethnalife.org), digital platform, or any programs offered by Sachethna Yoga and Wellness Foundation ('Sachethna', 'we', 'our', or 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services. These Terms are drafted in English. In case of translations, the English version shall prevail.

Sachethna is a not-for-profit foundation incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (Section 8), registered with NITI Aayog NGO Darpan, and committed entirely to the well-being of individuals, communities, and organisations.

2. Nature of Our Services

Sachethna provides wellness education, personalised yoga, nutrition, and Ayurveda guidance, and community health programs. Our services are:

• Educational and informational in nature — designed to support, not replace, professional medical advice
• Guided by qualified wellness practitioners, certified instructors, and advisory professionals

The platform is not intended to substitute professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. For serious health conditions, always consult a qualified medical professional.

3. User Eligibility and Minor Usage

Users below 18 years of age may access the platform only with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Conduct

When using Sachethna's platform and programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your health conditions and goals
• Use the platform and its content for personal wellness purposes only
• Respect the community, its members, instructors, and advisors
• Not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the platform or its operations
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written consent
• Not post harmful, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content
• Consult your doctor before beginning any new physical wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition

5. Health, Wellness & AI Disclaimer

By participating in any Sachethna program, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating and accept personal responsibility for your practice
• You will listen to your body and discontinue any exercise that causes pain or discomfort
• You will inform your wellness guide of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations before beginning
• Sachethna and its advisors are not liable for any injury, loss, or adverse health outcome arising from participation
• The platform is not intended for emergency medical situations or urgent healthcare needs. In a medical emergency, immediately contact qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services
• AI-powered assessments, recommendations, analytics, and wellness insights are intended solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be relied upon as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Individual wellness outcomes may vary. Sachethna does not guarantee specific physical, mental, emotional, or wellness-related outcomes

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, programs, or services at any time without prior notice. Certain features may be modified, limited, or unavailable based on region, technology, or operational requirements.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Sachethna platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal information and wellness-related data for the purpose of delivering personalised wellness services, improving user experience, communication, analytics, and platform functionality.

Sachethna is committed to handling user information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Sachethna does not sell personal information to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sachethna platform — including articles, programs, videos, illustrations, logos, trademarks, AI-powered assessments, algorithms, and platform design — is the intellectual property of Sachethna Yoga and Wellness Foundation or its licensed contributors.

You may access and use this content for personal wellness and educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially use any content without prior written permission from Sachethna.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Inclusion of third-party links does not imply endorsement. Sachethna is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Visiting such links is at your own discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sachethna is a not-for-profit foundation acting in good faith for the well-being of all users. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our platform or programs
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our digital platform
• We are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate health information provided by the user
• We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information, recommendations, or insights provided through the platform

11. Force Majeure

Sachethna shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or network outages.

12. Modifications to Terms

Sachethna reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Sachethna platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds

Users may access certain premium content, programs, or features through one-time subscription payments or individual in-app purchases. Applicable pricing and payment details will be displayed before purchase. Taxes, if applicable, shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Since subscriptions are not auto-renewed, you will not be charged automatically after your subscription expires or is cancelled.

All purchases are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• You were unable to access the purchased content despite successful payment, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

For eligible refund requests, please contact our support team within 5 days of purchase with your email ID, payment reference/transaction ID, and description of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
